We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Tana. The staff were incredibly friendly, going out of their way to be helpful. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location, near a lovely lake and in a posh area of the city, felt safe and secure. The breakfast provided was delicious, and we were never our meals from the room menu. Additionally, the hotel offered sufficient parking and transportation options, making it easy for us to get to the airport.

This place is only a 15-minute walk away from Lac Anosy, and we really enjoyed our stay here.

Staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable. You can also visit Citizen that offers excellent meals. All in all a PLEASANT experience.

From the moment I arrived, I felt pampered with the exclusive beauty treatments and massages in the treatment rooms. the sun terrace and outdoor swimming pool were particularly relaxing, with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the restaurant served a vast range of foods, and the breakfast was delightful. There was a diverse menu of in, room meals, ranging from snacks to packed lunches. the staff were attentive, and their service was exceptional.

Late check, out charges are excessive.

During my business trip, I had a great experience at this hotel. Firstly, the breakfast had a great variety of fresh fruit and had omelettes made to order. Additionally, the key location made it easy to get around the city quickly. The hotel also provided a free shuttle to the airport, which was a huge advantage for me.

The room had a limited amount of electrical plug points which made it difficult to charge all my devices. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was quite slow and there were some issues with the TV channels not working properly. However, overall, these were minor issues and did not detract from the overall positive experience.
